DELIVERY

ONIJI offers you totally free delivery free everywhere in the world, except DOM-TOM.

In general, it takes 1 to 3 days business before your order is shipped. Don't forget to check your email to find out when this will be the case (shipping time does not count against the delivery time).

Of course it depends on several factors : the product, the country in which you live, the problems caused by the deliverers, the presence of stocks in our various warehouses All this cantto slow down the delivery time. But we promise to deliver to you between  6 and 21 working days.

Don't worry everything is normal! Indeed, if we often send the products separately, it is due to the presence of our stocks in different warehouses . This is necessary at the logistical level to prevent problems such as natural disasters, fires, or any other event that could destroy all of our stocks.

For the moment, we don't  don't deliver in the DOM-TOM for logistical reasons.

RETURN/CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE

As long as your order status is being processed, you have the choice to cancel or modify your order. If your order is being prepared, you will need to return the product in order to process a refund.

You can either make a refund request , or claim a exchange for an order of the same value by returning the item to us. We can thus exchange your product for a different size, for example. The article must however be in perfect condition and in its original packaging . Shipping costs will be at your expense .

For an exchange, specify in the email your order number, the product to be exchanged and the size that you desire.

REPAYMENT

It is necessary to send us an email to the address: support@onijistore.fr

 with all the justifications for your request. Don't forget to also provide your order number and the date of your purchase. Abusive requests will be sanctioned.

If you pay by card, it will take 1 week approximately, but if you pay by PayPal reimbursement is much faster.
